Are you new to Reformer Pilates?

We are hosting our first ever beginners course, which will take you from complete novice to a reformer regular.

Guided by our expert instructors, you’ll experience a 6 week long course that includes the basics of reformer Pilates, alongside building strength, confidence and balance. Each week will bring progression, helping you to move with ease and grow into a regular Reformer Pilates practitioner.
