Competition Policy

Haus of Contrology Limited

1. Purpose
This Competition Policy outlines the principles and expectations that guide the competition taking place on Sunday 7th September 2025, at the Haus of Contrology Launch Party (The Studio, Worton Park, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX29 4SU).

2. Scope
This policy applies to:
– All employees, instructors, and contractors of Haus of Contrology
– Anyone engaged in commercial arrangements with Haus of Contrology
– Current and former staff, with specific regard to non-compete expectations

– All guests of the launch party who wish to participate in the competition

3. Competition Overview

On Sunday 7th September 2025, all guests will have the opportunity to enter one entry for five free Reformer Pilates classes. This competition will run from 10am – 2pm on Sunday 7th September 2025.

4. Entrants
All entrants must be present at the Haus of Contrology Launch event. This competition will be strictly one entry per person. Strictly no family or friends of the Founders, Operations or Marketing team will be eligible for entry. No instructors of Haus of Contrology will be eligible for entry. Entrants must follow the following entry requirements to be eligible for entering the competition:

– Follow @hausofcontrology on Instagram by the time of the winner draw.

– Share a photo or video whilst at the launch party on their social media page.

– Tag @hausofcontrology in the shared post.

– Complete the competition entry form present at the launch event, and submit the form in the dedicated box. All parts of the form must be complete to register a successful entry.

5. Winner Draw and Announcement

The successful entrant will be drawn on Wednesday 10th September 2025. All eligible entries will be collected and inputted into a random draw, which will be completed digitally. The draw will be supervised to ensure fairness. There will only be one winner. The winner will be contacted via Email first, and later announced formally on Instagram. Those who are unsuccessful will not be notified. The winner will have 72 hours to respond to the communication, and will need to accept the prize. If the first winner fails to respond in 72 hours, a new winner will be drawn. It is the responsibility of winner to book their own five classes. The winner will be provided a one time use code to claim the classes when booking via our online system Momence, this code must be solely used by the winner and the winner must be the person who attends the class, they can not book on behalf of others. If the winner has issues booking the classes via our system, they can contact our team via admin@hausofcontrology.com and they will book on their behalf.

6. Prize terms

The prize of this competition is strictly five individual classes for free. The value of this prize can not be transferred to another service or item, such as a membership, bundle or merchandise. The value can not be exchanged for monetary value. This competition prize will not refund any classes booked prior to the draw by the winner. The winner must claim their prize by booking the five classes on any available dates and times in the Momence system before 31st December 2025.

7. Data and Privacy Policy

All data collected for this competition will be stored securely, and will comply with our Privacy Policy. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be contacted for the purpose of this competition, as well as any additional marketing purposes. Entrants can withdraw their contact details at any point, and can unsubscribe from marketing content at any point.

6. Breach of Policy
Breaches of this policy may result in:
– Termination of this compeition
– Legal action to enforce contractual terms
– Restriction from future competitions

7. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and may be updated in line with changes in the
business or legal environment.

8. Acknowledgement
All entrants will be made aware of this policy via the competition entry slip. By entering they agree they have read, understood, and agree to this policy upon commencement of the competition.
