At Haus of Contrology, we keep classes small — one instructor for every eight clients — to ensure personalised attention. Your instructor will lead from the front, guiding you through each movement while walking around to offer realignment, support, and corrections as needed.
Classes conclude with a moment of calm and presence, giving you space to reset before stepping back into your day. You’ll leave feeling strong, balanced, aligned, and centered, carrying that sense of focus and energy with you.
Our classes are delivered in a state of the art studio setting with top standard equipment to ensure the class experience is comfortable, beneficial and challenging.
Our studio is kitted out with professional standard reformer Pilates beds from Align Pilates. The high quality range from Align Pilates offers refined performance, extensive adjustability and importantly it a luxurious experience when practicing reformer.
We use premium Onyx equipment and props to make each exercise accessible and manageable for all ages and abilities, so everyone can move safely and effectively. This includes the use of Pilates balls, hand weights, ankle weights, and ring weights.
